We could let the UN send in its baby blues and let the French and Germans use their reconnaissance planes to fly over Iraq. Then when Saddam's forces begin shooting at the planes and killing the peace keepers by the hundreds, the UN will beg us to come in and save their butts. Bush can then look them in the eye and say, "War is not the answer to this problem, we should use diplomacy to try and bring this situation to a peaceful end. I will not send in our military to kill innocent civilians. The risk of harming the children of Iraq is just too great. We must solve this crisis through the UN, and not by the unilateral actions of the United States."
Seeing the looks on their faces as the poor fools they send in are gunned down would be priceless.
