That is the worse part
the red thing does suck. Looks like a wrecked truck.
I doubt this will ever be built as proposed. They are a long way from breakin ground and anyway only the tower will be built to stay up "forever".
Regarding the original WTC, it bore the brunt of criticism for bad architecture up to the day the towers fell.
