I really don't understand the point of this "piece of work"

It doesn't really say anything to me about valor, courage, tragidy, and unbroken resolve...

But maybe thee is more to the design and its just a really bad drawing...

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt...

P.S. Maybe the goal is to make it brutally ugly so no terrorist would ever again want to attack it?
