I was hoping for three 'clean-lined' towers layed out as my little diagram up there... as tall as New Yorkers and the land owners want them to be and definitely nothing resembling a wreckage. Three towers to defiantly replace the two. Not squares, but rectangular that would give extra space for elevators, stairs and PLENTY of views.
The only thing I like about the chosen design, is that the 'spire' will be the tallest building on Earth. This design is not built yet and may still get amended.
