I'd have to disagree. I lived in Canada for several decades and saw it's disfunctional health care system up close and personal. It's not sustainable, as witnessed by it's decreasing efficiency.
Waiting lists grow and wealthy Canadians flock to the US for timely, high-quality care. This actually helps your average Joe Canuck some, by shortening the waiting lists, but that's cold comfort.
