Too much to drink tonight? I agree in essence with almost everything you said in your post, with exception to the last sentence which seemed to be a personal attack on me based on strawman arguments.
I look forward to the end of Saddam's murderous regime and am glad that day is close, but I feel obligated to point out that our leaders, especially Rumsfeld, really F*cked this whole situation up. General Myers, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff argued to no avail with Rumsfeld about the need for more forces on the ground. If you think that taking Rumsfeld and Bush to task for their bullshit miscalculations and stupid micro management is the same as supporting Saddam, the Taliban, Imperialism, whatever, then you are not reading my posts.
