Makes sense
The Iraqis didn't shatter after the first blow. So now we have to settle in for a long campaign. Getting the logistics sorted out would be the first step. Also there are the loose ends of the Northern Front and Basra that need resolution. Of course this will set us up for an Iraqi counter attack. Maybe that's part of the plan??
