And it is far too early in the process to declare the strategic task of dealing with saddam/ba'athist fascism a complete victory and wthdraw.
We still keep troops in Germany and Japan for very good reasons even though the Cold War was finished over a decade ago.
Your ignorant pov that we somehow have a President who is intellectualy disadvantaged prevents you from dealing with reality.
