I don't think we ever promised to remove all our troops from Iraq. We should and give a deadline, maybe two years or less.

As for Saudi Arabia, our troops should leave within weeks. The only reason to keep the Saudi airbase at this point is for use against Syria or Iran, an extremely stupid idea.
