Another fix (hey Tom)
Due to a doh! bug, the system wasn't correctly detecting IE 6 browsers....which is probably quite a few of you. You were getting the default static HTML page that resembles the old design, with none of the fancier features. It would have interacted badly with the TOC paging system, so I have reason to hope those problems will go away.
Tom, now I understand what you were trying to say. You were describing this problem, but mentally I kept trying to fit it into the design of the standard pages and not the fallback static page.
Since so many of you are using IE6, this is like a second unveiling of the new design. I breathlessly await your feedback, the good, the bad, the ugly.
