A small implementation
Done.
That was simple. There's a little script file that's loaded with each message, and I added some code to it to edit the links inside the message to popup in a separate window. You could do the same thing when you type the link ('target="PopupWindow"') but now you don't have to. Because it's an external script file, it's applied retroactively to existing messages.
