Yes, well, my sources say that your reputation as a scientist is that you are a parasite incapable of doing original research - someone who never had an original thought, and wouldn't know how to verify it if he did.

My own observation is that every time I threaten your "wartery Mars" funding, it produces tirades, of which the current one is typical.

But there is no need to resort to anonymous slander:

If you have any problem with any of my own historical research, or with my reporting, then do write to Dr. Peiser and share your insights with the Conference participants.

Then we'll see who knows the "impact community", and who is merely pretending that he does.
