They have a lot of oil to sell.
So every time you fill your car with gas, I guess you can feel like you are doing your part to rebuild the Iraqi infastructure.
You can't rebuild an entire society in a few months...Its going to take time and it won't be easy, but it can, and will happen despite all the naysayers, and despite all the anti-progress types in the region who are going to use terrorism and every other tool at their disposal to try to undermine the rebuilding of Iraq. In the long run, they are powerless to stop it: Soon the Iraqi people themselves will see to that.
Of course I'm an optimist...We seem to be doing well in Afganistan too.
