Perhaps Iraq will be able to regain the very comfortable economic status it enjoyed prior to Saddam and his band of Baathist bloodsuckers seizing control of everthing.
Also, many nations with an interest in helping Iraq realize the full potential of its vast oil reserves will now come forward and invest in the development. The big difference now is that the new Iraqi government will be much more responsible in spending the revenue.
