Illegal immigration is one of the major factors slowly destroying the US economy. Unfortunately, when one grants citizenship to the children of illegals - something not done in almost any other nation - you now have to court their vote. Democrats would also like to give criminals their vote back as well. When you have to pander to a more criminal mentality - your elected representatives will often illustrate this element. It's almost too late to do anything because if there are conservatively 7 million illegals running around - there will be tens of millions of "citizens" who are brought up by the illegals who will now vote for Amnesty, etc. It's ignorance on top of foolishness and symptomatic of our failed immigration policies in the US.

Sadly, these folks will not like to feel their parents did anything wrong (after all, how can wanting to survive and feed your family be wrong?) and will use sympathy instead of intelligence and hard as it is to imagine - even more Mexicans will suffer in the future as a result.

It's tragic really. We live in a world where such tragedy seems to surround us and pop up daily.
