unregulated and shyster energy biz is to blame for the energy problems in CA a few years back, Davis is a royal dufus on plenty of other counts...

The energy mess way back was cause because Davis could not understand the very most basic rule of capitalism, e.g. supply and demand regulating prices and not the government.
