They seem to be using the "It's legal, ain't it?" excuse.
What was really hilarious, was Tom calling the recall movement a "grassroots movement", a month or so ago. I guess he can justify that statement using the fact that it's not only Republicans who signed the petitions?
Democrats sure catch heck from Republicans every time we pay people to collect voter registrations! Wonder what the difference here is?
