The list, except for a pointles inclusion of cilnton, is pretty good
Their is no defence or excuse for what most of them did in the name of 'progress' to their own citizens and the hapless victims of their aggressions.
The list is fairly close to The Black Book acounts of the Xenocidal oppressions of too many tyrants of the last 100 years.
