Bill and Hillary? Jeez, I hope that's meant to be funny. Putting them, even as HM's, on a list with Hitler, Amin, Pot and bin Laden? And moreover, a list which counts Himmler as an HM too! Can anyone really take that seriously? Where's Gore? After all, he very nearly kept Bush out of the Whitehouse. That's gotta be worth some measure of infamy, at least.

Chamberlain, whipping boy and poster-child for all those who think that shooting first and talking second is the way to go. His brother died a terrible death in WW1, and he was mortified by the prospect of another disasterous European war. So he was prone to peaceful negotiation. AND he had no functional crystal ball.
