WWI became WWI because of Germany
KW precisely leads the list of stupidest of the inbred eagles who were wrecking Europe at the time. The Russian's eagles were too busy with internal stuff to pose a serious threat to the world. The AustroHungarians should have sucked up the assasination and handled it internally, instead of blaming Russian oriented Balkan people.
But then WWI is notable for gross stupidity at al levels.
