Kids these days...

You sound like my nephew. He's sixteen and has finished all of his high school math and now is doing college level calculus.

You kids these days are smart. Scary smart. Try to get the most out of the class you can , augment your studies with books from the library. (Thats how I learned about astronomy at your age.) Learn enough to correct the teacher - that's always fun and if done politely, it can help your grade.

I know how you feel though. I loved high school physics but couldn't stand chemistry. My chemistry teacher unveiled a stuffed mole when trying to explain avogadro's number. I didn't get it until I got into college...

Good luck
