How would a UN mandate before the war made things any better on the ground in Iraq now?
This is the simple question that underlines how assinine the Democratic hollering about UN involvement is. We and the Iraqis would have probably suffered more casualties by including more foreign troups and faced a tougher battle in worse weather.
Weasels need moral support, leaders don't. The Democrats are basically afraid to lead the world. The Republican's aren't afraid to lead, but unfortunately listen to very few in deciding on where they want to lead the US and the world.
