Would somebody finally PLEASE answer this question? Had we gone into Iraq and ousted Saddam under the glorious blue flag of the U.N. and with the blessings of mighty France and Germany, what exactly would be different or better now?
It would not be different.
But it would have been more dangerous to the international troops than to the US and UK troops alone.
But that's precisely why the ROW didn't want to got to war in the first place.
As Chirac said ast year, war is the worst solution.
