What people who know something about the subject think can be found here and in particular in Figure 9-3 and in href="http://neo.jpl.nasa.gov/neo/fig9_4.jpg">; Figure 9-4 . While the CAPS program clearly suggests a lunar base as an option the asteroid search community is far more pragmatic and focused on cost effective means of accomplishing their goals because they actually want to see the work get done.

As Buster asked in a post few may have seen, Does anyone believe this fool? If not I'll take Busters advice and ignore such posts from EP in the future.
