I toured the NASM and the KSC in 1986 with Patrick Baudry and bought this book.
But it never led to up anywhere.

I wonder if anything like it would be more succesful, today (and we're still the same year as Columbia's tragedy.

We should start with a crew of 2 spending a whole year in space without any refurbishment from Earth.
It shouldn't be that difficult.
