Itys a long way between government regulation of homebuilders and haveing a Government Homebuilding Agency
If the government were solely responsible for building homes, or even the financing of homebuilding activities, we would all be living in substandard housing or homeless.
Like a Canadian waiting for chemotherapy, we would probably die before we recieved the government service.
