Well, I can believe that some bureaucrats can sometimes be very unreasonable, though it seems to me that Blix with all his experience in these types of things should have been more understanding of the dreadful state of affairs that Saddam's regime had to deal with.
Tsk, tsk.
The good news is that many Iraqis are very happy that Saddam is no longer in power- so perhaps in the final analysis; the arrogant, peabrain bureaucrats can sometimes manage to do good.
