The solution is to build a reusable manned spaceship capable of going back to the Moon's orbit, to L1, L2, NEO's, to Mars, Venus, Mercury, asteroids...Not all together, of course, but at least once for all of them and perhaps more often a specific destination if there's a particular interest for it.
