We have built several generations of space suits for different applications;
Going to Mars or even to the Moon for a long time, will require a much better kind of spacesuit, one that will be worn for 12 hours in a row and several times a week for 2 years!
We have already had astronauts spend as much time in 0 g in a single stretch as they would spend traveling to and from Mars:
Ending a mission (after months in space) is very different from beginning the main phase of the mission (Mars exploration).
Space station astronauts have experienced radiation doses within a factor of 2 or 3 what would be expected on a Mars mission.
I'm afraid the Space station astronauts are protected by the Van allen Belts! Going to Mars, even being on Mars, would mean much more exposure to radiation doses.
