Wasn't that Pres. Bush's ultimatum?

Additionally, weren't many of us - here and abroad - asking that the weapons inspectors be allowed to finish their work?

The record will show that they were not allowed to finish their work. Had they been, there would have been no justification for war, and, one might assume...

NO WAR.
