I agree with alcarey on this. SDAI's theory is revolting to me. This theory puts undue guilt on the victims of violent crimes. Victims of violent crimes don't need more guilt piled on, they provide enough of that themselves. People who assault others, be it physical, sexual, or verbal, don't look for someone with a compatible wave signature. They assault targets who are most vulnerable when the oppurtunity arises. Leave the responsibility for such crimes on the perpetrater's head not the victim's.
