Thanks.

Thanks for all the input. Was hoping more from the left side of the aisle would have chimed in but they were, for the most part, amazingly silent.

I, too, would love to reduce legislation and reduce the burden on small business. However, it is much easier getting laws enacted than struck down. With this in mind, I feel that some legislation can effectively counter some of the imbalance.

Yes, I also agree that after a few decades, perhaps sooner, it will start balancing out again. Then again it may just move from China and India to places in Africa and South America making the wait for balance that much longer.

I know why CA and many other state corporations incorporate in Delaware. The Wal-mart economy targets a neighborhood and can afford to sell at artificial lows for some time until their competitors in the region are out of business. Then they make up their profits after the local economy has gone south. It's a parasitic practice only equalled by the gas companies arbitrary price hikes to colect windfall profits dozens of times throughout the year.

No easy answers. Yes it may be just 2% now but it has a snowball effect. Those two percent weaken the economy and make the other companies tighten their belt - costing yet more jobs. Unless there is some other variables put into play, the economy goes down and it is blamed on tax cuts.

I don't want to see protectionism here either. Companies that will make more money still exporting jobs will continue to do so. But it equals the playing field for some US competitors who don't "follow the leader" and instead invest American capital in America.

Lots of thought and finessing is required to create a useful tool.
