If the human race as a whole, rather than 50 states plus the District of Colombia, could cast a ballot this coming November, John Kerry would surely win the presidency by a landslide. Unfortunately for President Bush-haters around the world, only the 200 million United States citizens of voting age will have that right - and the outcome is anything but sure.
Well, we pretty much know how our friends across the Pond think. Maybe we should take a survey of the leaders of North Korea, Iran, and Syria. We could check in with the insurgents in Iraq, and the terrorists sneaking into that country. We could ask Yasser Arafat, Osama bin Laden, Fidel Castro, Mugabe, and every tin-horn tyrant running around loose:
"Which of the two candidates do you want to see win in November?"
