"Special Investigations Division"
<a href="http://www.house.gov/reform/min/inves.htm"Seems to be explained here. Apparently this "Special Investigations Division" is an arm of the minority of the House Committee on Government Reform.
I would think the issue should be if the quotes in the document are accurate, and now if Waxman was involved. However, I'm afraid that some folks will say that since this is a minority committee, the statements aren't accurate, are true, or whatever.
Or, as with the hard issues, they will ignore them.
