Not a nice guy? That is an understatement. Saddam used WMD to kill hundreds of thousands of Kurd. He rivals Hitler in his attempts at Genocide. He, and his sons, murdered, tortured and raped countless Iraqis, and the Iraqis were helpless to stop him.

No, he was not a nice guy.
