Something you don't seem to realize is that there are a LOT of pictures like this. Of many different people. I've attended some pro-war/pro-troops demonstrations. If some right-wing jerk had shown up with a Nazi flag, or dressed in a white hood, he would have been run off, probably considerably worse for the wear.

Do you see any of this happening? Do the reasonable liberals in these demonstrations make any attempt to deal with the looneys? What is the real issue driving these demonstrations? Does it bother anyone that the organizers of the major demonstrations are rampant anti-American organizations? If a conservative demonstration was organized by the Klan, that would be the single overriding issue in the minds of every liberal in America, eclipsing every other issue about the demonstration, yet it seems to bother no one that these "anti-war" demonstrations are driven, the signs printed, and the venues organized by the radical Left.

Go back to this link, and carefully look through the pictures. Is this really about peace, or something else? Do you see any protestors at all in the huge crowds calling on the Islamists to stop killing people? Does anyone ever call on Arafat to stop the killing? How many protesters before the war were calling for Saddam to stop stonewalling the U.N.?

What you see from a large number of these people is a monolithic hatred of Bush, the United States, and Israel. Why not ask them about "black and white" and "complex answers?" They don't seem to have trouble with simple viewpoints.

Look at the signs. There are hundreds of them. Read them. Draw your own conclusions.
