Personally, I see no connection between sexual abuse and LBGT Sexuality. Also, I see nothing wrong with the priests having wives and families.

I wonder.... Do you think it's possible that married priests are less likely to be pedophiles or sexual predators? We could do comparisons between the priests in the Catholic Church and the Protestant one, which is MUCH more liberal, to my content.

I've never liked the Catholic Church. Nothing against it's followers, mind you, but the higher ups...... they just piss me off. Over the centuries they have broken their "Word of God" so many times, and modified it whenever they had the chance, until it is no longer the Word of God, but the Will of Man, testament to his darker nature. The ridiculous restrictions imposed upon it's followers as well.... they piss me off too. You can't wear condoms, take Pills or other birth controls, and you cant have an abortion either. This means even if your raped, you still have to carry it to term. And don't get me started on all the inconsistencies in the bible and additional "Scripture" published by the Catholic Church. *makes thbbbbt noise with mouth*

I've never liked it when one entity or group of entities impose their will over others, and I hate it even more when many entities being imposed upon are either unwilling participants in the whole affair, or are mindless sheep who go"Oh, I wish it was different, but I'm not going to do anything about it but pray. Yes, praying makes everything better. No need for actual action, just prayer. Then someone else will do my work for me."
