The weapons DO exist, as the attempted use of one recently has shown. Where there is ONE, there are certainly many more. Clearly the Saddam remnants who are running the insurgency know where to find them. There will be more such attacks, but more sophisticated.
Of course, the problem is that the stuff is sealed into artillery shells, which must be drained in order to obtain the binary precursors. This will be done, if it has not already been done. Then the insurgents will begin using the non-existent poison gas on civilians in order to foment panic. It will work.
In addition, the binary precursors will be transferred to Al Qaeda to use in attacks similar to those that happened in Japan, also done by religious fanatics.
The very tip of the WMD has surfaced, and more will follow. We must get them before they get us.
