the 9/11 Commission says there is a link between Al Qaeda and Iraq

They NY Times said there was not.

Directly related to 9/11, Iraq was not involved, according to the 9/11 Commission. This is not what the NY Times reported. They said there was not a link between Al Qaeda and Iraq. The 9/11 Comission says that is wrong- there is a link. Saddam was linked with the Al Qaeda terrorist. How deep that link goes, it is not known, or has not been released yet.
