The Dems have a bold plan- they are going to cage their supporters:

[link has picture. I must say the Dems are missing a important aspect: they should paint the fence- they could probably get some taggers for cheap.
Now, 'free speech zone' is a good description, we should call all our prisons 'free speech zones' that way those who happen to get sent to there will feel better about circumstances they find themselves in.]
