From actual accounting after battles, it's being found that many of them are young punks and criminals. Some are Iranian troublemakers. The armaments are coming from Iran.

I do notice nobody has been stupid enough yet to claim they were all "civilians." Who happened to be hanging around the cemetery at the time.
