And that's what I see the Democrats supporting. France is virtually irrelevant on the world stage and anyone who thinks they should over ride what we think is the right thing to do does not deserve to lead this country. Russia is a former enemy which by no means has a great deal of interest in protecting us. Same applies.

Clinton didn't want to upset Russia or France and allowed them to undermine UN sanctions on Iraq, and allowed Saddam to throw inspectors out. It was the same mind frame that allowed Al-queida to grow with weak responses to their actions.

I'm not saying Saddam was part of 911. I'm saying there was good reason to believe he would participate in a future event of that nature or repeat his atrocities in Kuwait.
