This is highly misleading.
If you look at the details, including materials and descriptions of the destinations, these things were not sent for weapons purposes, unless it was to develop vaccines or defenses. That Iraq weaponized everything it got shows nothing except that the vast trust the antiwar people seem to have for Saddam's motives and methods might be a bit misplaced.
