Mark has been very nasty against my part of the world, to say the least (since 2003). He's also been rude because I wouldn't answer back, sometimes.
To find arguments countering his would have meant searching non-english speaking sources and going through a lot of time, which I didn't find worth it, especially when the discussion risked degenerating anyway.
