The Nazis did not free France from the ravages of a brutal murdering dictator, as America did in Iraq. (Or perhaps you think Reynaud was pulled from the same mould as Saddam.)
The Nazis did not help France achieve democracy, which is something America is bleeding for in Iraq. (Or perhaps you think that the forced migration of well over half a million Frenchmen into the German workforce represents some form of democracy.)
The Nazis had no plans to pull out of France and leave the French to their own devices as we do with Iraq. (Or perhaps you think the German retreat in front of Allied liberators was written into their initial invasion plans.)
Nazi retribution for resistance was swift, brutal and decisive--starkly opposed to the American response in Iraq which puts our own soldiers in harm's way in order to minimize the hazard on Iraqis. (Or perhaps you think Oradour-sur-Glance is just a myth.)
Face it Bowser: Bush is not Hitler, America is not Nazi Germany, there are far more (and more important) differences between the German invasion of France and the American invasion of Iraq than there are similarities, and you are not right.
