Not necessary. What if that is when the data happens to come out at that time? It should be easy enough to prove.

What if the President said, don't release it until after November, just for the very reason you stated (Not that he would. He has shown he will do what he thinks is right even if it hurts him in the polls). Would he catch hell for waiting to release it?

Anyway, it should only be a surprise to those who donâ€™t believe Saddam was pursuing WMD.
