We dominated because we could out produce the Germans. They had far superior weapons systems having spent the money before the war on them. BTW, we would lose if we had to fight it over today. All our manufacturing jobs are heading over seas. Something not addressed in Bush's speech so we must assume not in his agenda to fix. Notice he had no prices either...
