Terror has been going on since Cain and Abel.

Not all teerorist acts started during Clinton's administartion and he was working with a bunch of whine Republicans who wouldn't let him nuke anyone.

After 9/11 Bush could have taken out most of the Adi Ghar mountains with a nuke and received high praise from the right for having done so.
