You haven't got the imagination to believe that he may be doing this because he believes these deaths are the result of a game of political checkers among the neocons in the White House, and that those soldiers didn't have to die.
From your point of view, Don doesn't care as long as the numbers go up. Has it occurred to you that maybe, just maybe, he wants to keep the cost of this war on people's minds so we don't forget what's going on over there? Numbers are all we have; no one is allowed to take pictures anymore. Not even of covered, anonymous coffins.
Why was the Republican National Convention in NYC this year? It could have been in Dallas, or Salt Lake City, or Chicago, or Tampa. Well, maybe not Tampa in hurricane season. Nashville, then. Could it have been held there because of the proximity of the WTC site? Is that exploiting the deaths of those victims for political gain?
You want to post lists of terrorism victims? Go ahead. Then we can watch the numbers drop as the war on terror in Iraq continues to be waged, as they continue to drop. Except that they haven't. What would that say?
You want to post pictures? Interesting idea. It certainly would, um, exploit the images to their fullest potential.

You have accused Don of using the number of war dead for political purposes.
