You realize up till a few weeks ago the left could have post similar letters saying exactly the opposite of Tom...

But, the pentagon in it's wisdom stopped negative sounding Blogs and letter being posted in public to "prevent leaking secrets".

Having relatives in Iraq and going to Iraq (?) and living near PSNS, Fort Lewis and McChord AFB I do hear some word of what is the troops feelings about being there.

Sure some are positive and hopeful others are just as negative. Nobody seem to interested in taking a poll of the troops views on the Iraq war and it's aftermath.
